What your printing costs
Costs are worked out from what you have actually paid for toner and, where your printers report their page counters, what those cartridges actually printed.
Toner you already have
Log the cartridges in your supply closet. Using one of those instead of buying a new cartridge is money you keep, and it stops the habit of buying spares just in case.
