Automatic toner reordering
Once we know when a cartridge will run dry, we order its replacement early enough that it lands before the printer is empty, not after.
What you get
- Orders timed to arrive ahead of the predicted empty date (four days ahead by default).
- Your choice: require a manager to approve each order, or let orders place automatically.
- Every order tracked in the portal from placed to delivered.
- Cartridges you already have in the supply closet logged, so you use those before buying more.
How it works
- Printer Protector reports toner levels from each printer.
- We predict the empty date and queue a reorder in time.
- You approve it (or it places automatically) and the cartridge ships to the right desk.
